• Represented and booked bands, DJs, and headline talent for corporate and non-profit events for
such clients as the American Bar Association, Federal Bar Council, Boy Scouts of America, and
Alfred E. Smith Memorial Foundation.
• Worked on a wide range of events, from intimate cocktail receptions with single piano players to
major galas and conventions with name talent, including Sheryl Crow, Liza Minnelli, Frankie
Valli, Earth, Wind and Fire, The Doobie Brothers, and Broadway performers. Also handled social
events (dinners, weddings, bar mitzvahs, etc.) on a referral basis.
• Responsible for sales and event production, including hiring vendors, such as professional sound
and lighting, when needed.
• Produced a vast array of entertainment at premier New York venues, including The
Waldorf=Astoria, The Pierre Hotel, St. Regis Hotel, The Plaza Hotel, The W Hotel, American
Museum of Natural History, Pier 60, Cipriani 42nd Street, Cipriani Wall Street, Gotham Hall, The
Copacabana, and formerly the Rainbow Room.

• Responsible for developing new childrenswear line and handling sales and merchandising.
• Maintained house accounts, such as Sears and JC Penney, and opened new accounts, including
Kids R Us and Kohl’s.

• Responsible for the development of the Hush Puppies children’s line. Duties included hiring of
designers, merchandising, overseeing of production, and sales.
• Liaison to Worldwide Wolverine, Inc., parent company of Hush Puppies. Responsible for all
licensing agreements and sales training.

Bernstein & Franco, Inc.
• Continued sales management, advertising and marketing for Holden Development Corp. (see
below). In addition, served as sales representative for multiple children’s clothing lines. Developed
and spearheaded new lines such as “Baby Bear” and “Kids Headquarters.”

• Conceived and developed “Pop Kids” clothing line. Responsibilities included product

• Created an $8 million children’s division for a $30 million off-price wholesaler. Responsible for
