Description : Project is primarily concerned with the Optimization of DU network in UAE. I have worked as a Data Analyzer & Team lead of the drive test team.

• To generate & monitor daily basis 2G KPI on Netact tool.

OptPCS is an integrated RF optimization tool that allows users to pull planning data, cell parameters, performance mentrics and drive data into one tool.

My work is to analyse the KPI, monitor the worst performing cell and to give the optimization solution to the customer.

Responsibilities:

• Handling optimization of new sites and clusters.

• Analyzing the drive logs on ACTIX analyzer tool.

• Handling problems like Call drop, interference, handover failure (Analyzing KPIs and daily reports).

• Analyzing RF Drive Test generated through log files and verifying & testing of hardware upgrades and new elements added to the network & keep track of all the up gradation activities.

• Monitor the data KPI’s and work on the worst cells affected.

• To analyze the GPRS & EDGE activity, to check the data throughput, FTP test, MMS test.

• Done UMTS & High Speed DL/UL Packet Access Drive test

• Done cluster DT & OPTIMIZATION for STC using TEMS 9 & PROBE 2.2 in Bahrain.

• Analyzed the Pilot Pollution for 3G network and reduced them.

• Instrumental in voice, video and data drive testing for 3G network.

• Done the scanning drive. Worked on the spectrum analyzer, for finding out the interference in 3G networks.

• Performed physical optimization on the basis of analyzation of drive logs for both 2G & 3G.

Description : Project is primarily concerned with the setup of coverage, capacity and relocation sites of AIRTEL & capacity and relocation sites of VODAFONE in MUMBAI circle. I have worked as a Radio Network Design (RND) and Drive Test (DT) engineer in this project.

Responsibilities :

• Done new site DT & OPTIMIZATION for AIRTEL using TEMS 6

• Completed building/ground survey for mobile tower (GSM antenna) installation

• Planned frequency for new sites and expansions in the Network

• Integrated newly commissioned sites into the existing network and redesigned to balance traffic

• Modified neighboring cells to accommodate the new RF environment and optimized the new site's parameters to obtain maximum efficiency
