Professional Experience:
July 2008- July 2009: Medical Assisted Rehabilitation clinic (MAR OSLO). Norway. Social consultant for patients. Extensive work with adults and their substance abuse and responsible for the follow up and report filing of the methadone treatments for patients.
July 2007- December 2008: Torshovdalen Activity Center, Oslo, Norway. Group counseling for teenagers on various life experiences, changes and behavioral problems. In charge of the activities in the youth club including: managing the children in healthy cooking practices, participating in hiking, fieldtrips, swimming, etc. Making reports on every teen’s experience with activities newly introduced.
May 2004 – December 2007: Children’s Home, Oslo, Norway. Assistant for a specialized community center. Worked with children and teenagers with special needs including: autism, behavioral problems and physically and/ or mentally disabled. Assisted the children in their daily activities, making sure they got to school, helping with homework and preparing healthy meals. Responsible for indoor and outdoor activities. Cooperation’s and collaborated meetings with parents and co-workers daily.
