Job Responsibilities

Develop and implement best practice to improve safety, quality, productivity and cost reduction.

Production planning and scheduling.

Quality assurance –setting quality standards, maintaining quality.

Provide support for process improvement projects involving chemicals, mechanical improvements, support for on machine trials, and investigation of new technologies.

MG Machine Grade

Hard Tissue -15 to 20gsm, Poster Paper -26 to 60gsm, One Time Carbon Paper -18 to 22gsm, Carry Bag, Bleached Kraft, Insulation Grade Paper 1.5 mill to 4.5 mill, Poster (Acid Free Paper, DD, ARSR, Tio2 loaded Paper), Crepe Tissue in various gsm (Facial, Napkin, Toilet, C Fold, Kitchen Towel, Hand Towel -15 to 45gsm).

MF Machine Grade

Glassine, Greaseproof, Tracing, S/C Kraft, Release Base, Opaque Laminating Base etc. Security Papers such as Impressed Stamp Paper, Passport Paper, MICR cheque Paper, Absorbent Kraft, Laminating Grade (Barrier & Print Base), Wax Match Tissue, Twist Wrap Tissue, Crystal Packing Tissue, Overlay Tissue, Bible, Writing Paper and News Print.

I joined M/S Pudumjee Pulp & Paper Mills Ltd. Pune in the year of 1987 June as a Trainee Executive During my training period I worked in quality control Pulp Mill, Raw Material Section and paper machine.

I have taken the charge of one of the MG paper machine as a shift in charge and worked in the same capacity for 5 years. Later on I was promoted to the post of paper maker, looking after the production of two machines.

When I joined the company M/S Specialty Paper Mills Ltd. Vapi, the paper machine no.-2 was under the stage of erection, the erection was completed under my supervision I have successfully started the machine & achieved the desired quality and production in Oct. -2005.

When I joined the company M/S Khatema Fibres Ltd. Khatema, the paper machine no.-3 was under the stage of erection, the erection was completed under my supervision I have successfully started the machine & achieved the desired quality and production in Feb. -2006.

When I joined the company M/S Agarwal Duplex Board Mills Ltd., the paper machine no.-3 was under the stage of erection, the erection was completed under my supervision I have successfully started the machine & achieved the desired quality and production in Feb. -2007.
