Accomplishments in Current Position:
I have trained 8 District Field Coordinators and 2 District Safety Coordinators that now function as Safety and DOT compliance in 4 different districts for the pressure pumping division. All district services now include fracturing, acidizing, cementing, and coil tubing operations.
I currently manage 2 other field coordinators, 2 driver trainers, and a safety clerk that make up the safety/training department for the Chico district and report directly to the District Manager and Region Manager as well as the Regional and Area HS&E Directors and report all Dot issues directly to the Divisions DOT Compliance Coordinator.
Last year I was given the project of updating and managing our dispatch department and hired 3 additional dispatchers to accomplish 24 hour dispatch operations taking on multiple functions which had the positive effect of streamlining proficiency of other departments in the process.
I have written, developed and implemented numerous training programs and established safe operating procedures to improve safe work practices and enhance performance levels of employees. Many of which are now company policy for the Pressure Pumping Division. I provide Human Resource with assistance for documentation of employee training whenever policy or procedure infractions result in the need for corrective counseling. The HR department depends on me for the proper application of policies and work related terminology of operational procedures in regards to documenting the corrective counseling.
Computer Skills Include: Microsoft Office, Excel, Microsoft Word and Works, and PowerPoint
Personal
I am reliable, hardworking, safety conscious, and quick to learn. I am very dependable and a “can do” get the job done kind of employee. I get along well with co-workers and treat both customers and management with respect. I am a family man with good manners and a desire to succeed. I have a CDL with all endorsements and a clean driving record. I am currently employed in the oilfield industry however; due to our current stressed economy, the future of the oilfield industry is unclear at this time. It has led to many necessary cutbacks of employee’s salary, bonuses, benefits and available man hours needed to sustain operations. I am currently looking at options to further advance my career and establish job security with a company that has a strong foundation with which to prosper both now and in the future. I have confidence of successful performance in any job function that can benefit from my experience and uncompromised work ethic. I would like to thank you for taking the time to review my resume and hope to hear from you soon.
End.
