(cumulative leakage index) ride-out and tracked and repaired plant leakage. Performed

construction maintenance duties, which requires the ability to splice aerial/underground coaxial

cable and equipment to restore cable plant to system specifications. Splice and activate new

coaxial plant as required. Repair and/or replace damaged aerial/underground plant. Inspected,

repaired and/or replaced power supplies as necessary.

As an owner, my duties included: advertising, estimating construction costs, consulting with clients,

creative and immediate problem solving, and managing employees. Depending on the size of the

project I have had as many as six employees giving me experience with delegating responsibilities and

establishing expectations of how much work should be accomplished during a day as well as the

quality of the workmanship. With my work in the construction/remodeling field, I have had to create

ways to solve non-textbook problems on site immediately while being financially responsible to the

customer as well. I have found that I enjoy being outside at different job sites and the various different

types of projects to be done. Each job provides a sense of accomplishment as you watch it progress

from beginning to end.

Airline Coordinator

I worked as a airline coordinator for passengers flying from the U.S. to international destinations. I

negotiated hotel contracts for inbound tours and was responsible for setting up the hotels for the

appropriate dates of travel. I initiated and completed a promotional tour booth at the New York City

Travel Show. I not only set up the booth as a foreign bazaar but shopped for the items in Egypt. As part

of the Drexel internship, I spent a month with a Dutch tour in Thailand and Laos to evaluate whether

Americans could be successfully be integrated into Dutch tours from the home office in Holland.
