Siemens/Planet Hollywood Conversion project March 28, 2010 thru April 03, 2010

Hardware Tech SIS - Duties included deployment of Workstations, Printers and Thin Clients. Staffed to work Desktop Support for post deployment of computer equipment and PC Migration technology applied for legacy settings and for joining domain and network. Assist in troubleshooting procedures for login problems occurring during the post conversion for users failed computer equipment when joining the Westgate and Planet Hollywood domain.

City Center Project 11/09/09 – 12/13/09 Computer Technician: Duties included deployments of Dell Workstations and printers at various office points within the Aria property at City Center. Installations and deployments of POS server register systems designed for restaurant and a hotel front desk operation for Info Genesis was configured to domain. Other phase of City Center project included Installation and deployment of Phillips High Definition Screens and Enseo Media controllers. Other aspect of hotel room setup was the installation of Control 4 Touch Screens, Control 4 control boxes for adjusting room lighting, heating & air temperatures and High Definition Television programming channels. These were Zigbee devices implemented on a Mesh Network.
