Managed critical World Health Organization project. WHO was promised 100,000,000 doses of malaria medication. Analyzed production capacity and reinvented internal production model to meet goals. Coordinated operational support functions. Delivered product early, under budget, and with zero quality problems.

Established effective product launch process. Anderson sales forces were responsible for product launches. Designed, implemented and led team-based, customer focused project management process. New world class approach became industry benchmark. Established support structure to meet 1000% sales growth worth $180M.

Created U.S. clinical trial footprint. Anderson required domestic trial process to expand core offerings and increase market share. Mapped overseas sister company operations and production processes. Implemented successful product trial function. Recognized for establishing company’s 1st U.S. clinical trials business.

Developed strategic plan to capture outsourced business. Windfall profits were available through capturing of outsourced packaging side of customers pharmaceutical business.
