- Perform on-line initial technical skills on all engineering concerns and daily manufacturing issues

- Assists Lead Engineers in pilot-run production and propose improvement to enhance quality and productivity in the existing product

- Perform basic failure analysis of yield losses and to effect necessary immediate corrective action to prevent further yield losses.

- Evaluation of materials needed in the entire production of the Die Bond, double check materials are listed in the BOM (component reviews), check SOP, wire specifications, wire loop height and BSOB

- Provides visual inspection of the LED unfinished product before wire bond processes

- Supports the quality maintenance and ensures customer satisfaction through keen visual inspection of the LED unfinished products through optical instruments before wire bonding

- Monitors machine performance especially during mass production and product quality controlling to be able to meet customer’s specified standards

- Responsible for machine maintenance meticulously and prepare maintenance reports

- Able to meet the 180K/mc of LED’s daily quota in die bond

- Provides assistance and training to all aspiring Die Bond/Wire Bond production operator

- Attends meetings with the Supervisors, Head Engineer and other line leaders regarding product improvement and procedure implementation
