Creating the data transcript (DT) files needed for the new sites.
Conducting field drive tests to integrate new sites, and to identify/solve radio quality problems.
Optimizing the GSM/UMTS radio network performance through the following activities.
o Freq/ Scrambling codes planning for the sites to achieve the minimum inference level.
o Balancing the cells traffic to minimize blocking rate GOS.
o Minimizing the cells drop call rates.
o Performing a physical parameters tuning to reach optimum coverage for each cell, solve coverage spots, and adapt the integration of a new sites.
o Monitoring cell's traffic and perform the expansions/ configuration upgrade needed
o Optimizing Hand over relations to achieve best mobility performance
Providing coverage and capacity suitable solutions for temp events.
Designing Indoor solution needed.

o Managing the introduction of second UMTS carrier to VF-EG Network (scanning, Rollout, operation, optimization)
