RELEVANT EXPERIENCE:
Administrative and Office Skills:
• Operate a multi-line telephone, type a minimum of 70 WPM, 10-key by touch. Working knowledge in use of a fax machine, copy machine, network or stand alone printer. Experience with “dummy” terminals to enter raw data into a variety a database programs, and the skills needed to produce that data onto a variety of reports or forms. Familiar with components of Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
Customer Service Experience:
• Operate a cash register; transact business in cash, credit, check, voucher/subsidy, and tax-exempt. Handle customer returns including the use of a multi-line telephone, and documentation of damaged goods. Greet customers, direct them to their chosen department or location within the store, straighten shelves, and re-shelve merchandise.
