CAREER HISTORY

Executive Manager, Cornerstone Homes and

Development, LLC., 2003 to 2009. Held full P&L

responsibility for this residential home

building and land development company. Oversaw

operations architecture, structural

engineering, interior design, sales,

marketing, land acquisition and negotiations.

Managed nine employees and more than 350

projects.

Executive Manager, United Western Development

/ Pacific NW Homes Construction, 1998 to 2003.

Managed land development and building of this

commercial construction and development

company. Created and implemented policies and

procedures to support growth. Directed

purchasing, vendor relations, office and field

operations.

Earlier: General Manager for Appleton Homes

and Project Manager for Bridgeway Construction

responsible for land development and insurance

restoration construction of residential and

multi-family homes.

Additional: I enjoy motorcycle riding,

barbequing, spending time at the beach and
