Personal Summary
A highly motivated former RAF Aircraft systems Technician, currently employed with Perenco UK as a NUI OTL/OIM operating in the SNS Inde field.
Supervising a team of multi skilled technicians to safely operate and maintain NUI production platforms, maximising the plant availability in the processing of gas received from offshore fields.
Key Roles
• OIM on all NUI Platforms
• Ensure that activities are conducted in a safe manner and in compliance with company policy, procedures and statutory HSE Requirements.
• Ensure that production requirements are satisfied and equipment downtime is minimised without compromising safety.
• Work in close co’ operation with OOE to conduct work schedules as per daily requirements and longer term plans.
• Ensure all engineering documentation is kept up to date with historical information captured and recorded appropriately.
• Demonstrate a full understanding and awareness of the function and responsibilities in case of an emergency, as defined in the Emergency Procedure Manual(s) and individual platform Emergency Response Plans.
• Responsible for the security of the installation and co ‘ordination of marine activities within the 500 metre safety zone during manned periods.
• Work within the ISSOW / SIRP MMS to manage conflicting activities and maintain a safe working environment.
• Carry out Area Authority Role for control of work activities
• Proactively support company Environmental Policies
• Ensure the competency and training requirements of all Technicians are managed to meet operational requirements and for personnel development.
