Healthcare Practice Executive and Leader: I have been fortunate to have led and managed

podiatric medical practices for 18plus years. These have included key positions with

Beechtree Podiatry, co-founder and vice-president, Snyder and Associates, president

and Memorial Hospital Wound Care Center, founder and director. Career Track:

my leadership and management expertise in healthcare to establish multi-office and

multi-physician practices as well as founding, implementing and directing a large

successful wound care center that has provided superior patient care as well as

financial stability to the hospital.

Overall Experience: My career of 18plus years in healthcare has given me the

opportunity to grow business at both a private practice level and a hospital level.

Founded and established Private Podiatric Medical Practices with multiple locations,

and physicians. Having served as vice-president, president, managing partner and

shareholder, I was able to grow assets and patient bases consistently over the 18plus

years in those roles.

Conceived, established and promoted a free standing center at Memorial Hospital

that is dedicated to treatment of patients with chronic and debilitating wounds. The

Wound Care Center at Memorial Hospital has grown since its inception in 2001 to

be integral facet of the outpatient service line. It has consistently provided superior

patient care and posted financial gains.

As Director of the Wound Care Center at Memorial Hospital I was able to provide

profitability and stability in the hospital based setting for the financial well being of

the hospital. I was able to utilize this leadership ability on various committees and

subcommittees.
