KEY ACHIEVEMENTS
• Recruited intelligent, driven people for the business. Trained them to be exceptional at sales with customer satisfaction as the primary objective. Many of my recruitments were promoted to run branches. Result: As a result of good hiring, I was able to turn a $2M producing branch into $12M, increased production by 600%.
• Responsible for turning around a sub par branch with little production or success. Staff was not trained or motivated. The branch was producing $2-2.5M in loan volume or $90K in revenue on a monthly basis. Performed employee evaluations, implemented daily training sessions, fired all vendors and started recruiting successful individuals. Result: Branch revenue increased to $170K in two months to $475K in six months after assuming branch manager responsibilities.
• Responsible for generating more money to allocate for business development. Developed a new commission schedule for the sales force and allocated more money on business development rather than paying a salary. Result: Increased monthly revenue to $150K month from $80K. Sales force commission increased and more money could be allocated to marketing.

• Contacted various clients throughout the country and advised them that he could handle transaction for them nationwide and split the commission. This would develop some quick business and raise $30K in a month. Result: I was able to generate $55K in revenue or $23.5K for the company after the split in the first week.
• Discovered that 50% of all loans within the branch were being underwritten using the stated income program. The company was underwriting 25% of their loans using this method. Held meetings to discuss how production could increase by training the sales force to document income and give customer’s better options. Result: Branch went from 50% state income files to 13% and increased production by 15%.
• Started a new business. Wrote the business plan to accomplish all goals and to stay within budget. Responsible for acquiring office space and office solutions. Result: Accomplished all goals and came in under budget, which allowed for more flexibility with recruiting and lead generation.
• Developed a plan to build a new custom home. Researching and attending real estate trend classes to learn about market trends and forecasting real estate prices in niche markets. Negotiated with agents and homeowners to get the best price for the land. Researched financing, cost of labor and materials and forecast a return on investment. Result: Project is on-time and within budget. The property appraised for 25% above land and construction costs.
• Discovered a building problem with an engineering requirement for the garage foundation for the new custom home. Researched the rules and regulations for the foundation design. Found the engineer was using a foundation requirement for a different county. Called the engineer and pleaded the case. Result: Saved over $3K in labor and materials for the new foundation design.
