Fixed many technical troubleshooting within the entire hospital; including the installation of new programs, slow down, data recoveries, and server/client deployments of software to multiple computers. A help desk ticket system was used to track and prioritize certain issues the users were having in order of the smallest to biggest problem. Answered 20+ calls in a day with help and guidance from the IT Team.
