Sigma Kappa Sorority

Works with local, regional, and national Sigma Kappa officers to maintain highest standards, rules, and expectations through constant communication and official reporting. Educates Sigma Kappa New Members on ritual, rules and history involving Sigma Kappa Sorority. Works with a $6,000 budget and coordinates with Vice President of Finance to appropriate funds. Adheres to a strict University of Washington recruitment budget which is accurately reported.

Recording Secretary January 2010 – December 2010

Records and keeps documentation of all chapter meeting. Reports weekly Executive Council and Formal Meeting minutes to Sigma Kappa regional and local Sigma Kappa officers. Compiles and keeps record of a chapter roster with telephone numbers, addresses, and email addresses.

Panhellenic Council Standards Board February 2011 - Present

Serves with seven women in the University of Washington Greek Community to affirm that members are responsible and can identify with Federal, State, local, University and National Panhellenic Council policies and standards. Provides due process and encourages Greek chapters to take responsibility for their actions through education and sanctions.

Central Lutheran Church Summer 2000 – Present

Plans spaghetti feeds, helps organize the Central Lutheran Annual Garage Sale, and participates in the “Souper Bowl” of Caring. Confirmed Lutheran in 2004.
