• Facility Watch Supervisor (FWS) 25APR11 at geographically isolated air field. Designated by and responsible to the Commanding Officer. Duties and responsibilities to include the following:
1. Scheduling of personnel to ensure watch team continuity, and to account for needed relief.
2. Assuring position currency and accomplishment and documentation of training.
3. Assuring us of proper control procedures and techniques by assigned personnel; assuring effective coordination with the facility and between facilities; assuring corrective action is taken whenever control deficiencies are found.
4. Liaison with multiple agencies, to include The US Air Force, US Army, US Marine Corps and multiple foreign agencies concerning student Aviator development.
5. Accumulation and initial documentation of mishap and incident record.

• Tower Supervisor (TS) 25APR11 is required to possess a control tower operator (CTO) for the tower assigned and be designated in writing by the air traffic control officer (ATCFO). Duties and responsibilities and authority include the following:
1. Coordinating and directing control of aircraft operating in assigned airspace areas and vehicular traffic operating on runways, taxiways, and other designated areas of the airfield.
2. Briefing the watch team on all conditions as well as workload, equipment status, field conditions, and special evolutions.
3. Assignment of training personnel to qualified personnel for individual qualifications, training requirements, and supervision.
4. Notifying and coordinating with search and rescue agencies to assist in emergencies.
5. Make executive decisions about field conditions, and safety concerns.
• Training Petty Officer (TPO)
1. Maintained sensitive training records.
2. Conducted weekly technical and military training.
3. Scheduled testing for training individuals.
4. Observation and participation in evaluation boards of controllers not meeting training standards.
