My journey in Yoga began 4 years ago. I took some time to stop and actually think about what I truly wanted to do. Considering my life-long love of meditation and fitness I began personal training and teaching yoga, and the real journey began. I am a certified Personal-Yoga instructor holding certifications from The Yoga Institute in Mumbai India and Universal Yoga. With daily yoga practices my life has gradually become more precious - Living in a healthy body, in harmony with mind and soul. Yoga, my true love.
