I prefer a challenging environment where I can utilize my technical skills in Aircraft Structure. EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:

• Ability to assemble parts by seaming, bolting, screwing, riveting, tacking, or soldering.

• Ability to drill holes and drive rivets through braces, stiffeners, and doublers to assure proper repair.

• Routinely calculates and scribes patterns accurately using shop principles or radial line development.

• Ability to use measuring instruments to include pocket rules, hook rules, flexible and semi flexible steel rules, compasses, and other hand measuring instruments to measure plans and material.

• Ability to manufacture, install, and/or repair aircraft items such as deflectors, pans, straps, containers, wing patches, and flaps.

• Ability to remove damaged parts such as drilling out or cutting rivets.

• Ability to remove or cut out damaged areas in sheet metal.

• Can perform proper rust removal or any other type of corrosion with wire brushes, sand paper, or high-speed grinders.

• Ability to make repairs by using predetermined type and thickness of metal, cutting it to proper size, and if necessary, forming to proper contour using hammer and sandbags.

• Ability to assemble parts by seaming, bolting, screwing, riveting, tacking, or soldering.

• Ability to drill holes and drive rivets through braces, stiffeners, and doublers to assure proper repair.

• Ability to fabricate patches and trim patches to fit.

• Ability to remove dents, creases, nicks, burrs, and other irregularities from parts by smoothing or sanding, stop-drilling holes to prevent further cracking, or hammering out dents.

• Ability to use and maintain basic hand and power tools such as hammers, chisels, hand snips, band and circular saws, squaring shears, bar folders, brakes, high-speed drills, clecos, punches, egg cups, countersinks, rivet guns, rivet sets, torque wrenches, reamers, combination sets, scribers, calipers, taps, dies, slip roll former, 90 degree angle drills, and high-speed grinders.

• Ability to consistently operate equipment in a safe manner, applying established safety rules and regulations.

• Adheres to safety and security procedures and regulations to include proper wear of all Personal Protective

Equipment (PPE).

• Comply with all environmental laws and regulations when working with chemicals and disposing of toxic and hazardous waste.

• Familiar with mixing and applying numerous types of sealants and bonding agents.

• Promotes all safety, security, fire, and established health regulations for the work area to include rules, regulations, and procedures governing foreign object damage (FOD).

- Administrative Secretary / Accounting

I registered students for classes in Banner. I did Accounts Payable matching invoices with P.O.’s and then entered them into the Oracle database. I did general office skills as answering the phone, filling, typing using Microsoft Office, Excel, and many other computer programs. I was the liaison between faculty and staff. I ordered all textbooks for our department and all office supplies and kept up with our budget.

I did all Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable and Payroll. I did payroll every other week and paid invoices once a week. I also did other general office duties.
