Schedule the work between subcontractor, service technician and homeowner. Follow up on satisfaction with homeowner. Homeowner customer relationship, permit coordinator, submitted and expedite the permits through different building departments, both in Volusia and Flagler counties. Reviewed the permit packages, submitted the permits and distributed the start packages to the superintendents and subcontractors. Followed up on all revisions submitted to building departments updating all information.
