Strong general management qualifications in strategic planning from product design, designing sales materials, training sales people, production planning, material acquisition, scheduling and delivery. Through effective marketing and sales delivery, increased sales from $600,000 to $9,000,000.
• Started as a sales person with the company which in 1995 had 8 employees. By 1997 had increased sales to $1,200,000 and made an agreement to run the company.
• Increased sales to $9,000,000 by adding retail store customers and actively marketing to hotels.
• Identified new channels for sales people to target, designed and implemented sales and marketing to new audience. Offered sales people short and long term incentives to maximize their performance.
