Description Loan IQ is a front-to-back commercial loan processing solution that covers the entire life cycle of a loan - from origination and deal tracking to accounting and settlement. It can be used to process simple bilateral deals to highly complex syndicated deals, including secondary trading. Loan IQ transforms the complexities within the loan cycle into a streamlined, controlled process, and provides the client with full visibility into the loan life cycle. As a result, clients can better manage their loans, streamline work flow, increase efficiencies and reduce operational risk. Loan IQ is used by over 60% of the North American and European agent banks, and processes more than one third of the world's syndicated loans and half the global traded loan volume.

Objective of Loan IQ is Customer set up, Creating syndicate deals, Loans and Standby Letters of credit, Circle and secondary trades, Accruals, payments and Reprising, Portfolio Management, General Loan IQ Accounting, Document Tracking, Collateral Management.

Mysis Loan IQ business is related to syndicated loan is being provided by a group of lenders and is structured, arranged, and administered by one or several commercial banks or investment. In U.S corporate borrowers and private equity sponsors fairly even-handedly drive debt issuance. Europe, however, has far less corporate activity and its issuance is dominated by private equity sponsors, who, in turn, determine many of the standards and practices of loan syndication.

Responsibilities • Involved in understanding the requirement from Client.

• Testing the fix of any artifacts or client reported issues (Functional).

• Working on enhancements independently, starting from understanding the requirement, preparation of test cases and execution of the test cases manually and through Quality Centre.

Role Software Engineer

Description This is The Trust and Security services project for Deutsche bank. Noteline, or NLD, is a vendor application used for the issuance and settlement of Commercial Paper (CP) transactions. Noteline is the official book and record for CP. The Noteline application receives trade instructions from dealers, direct issuers, and back-office users. These instructions come in through a variety of mechanisms, including MQSeries via dedicated DTCC router and dial-up. Messages are then sent out to a clearing agency for settlement (DTCC), a web application for reporting (Noteline Web), and a Money Transfer application for credit purposes (IRC).

Noteline also provides reporting and other back-office functions to operational and administrative users. The functionality of the system is provided by a combination of vendor (FSC) and in-house executables.

Responsibilities • Involved in Design and coding for automation of Jobs and manual reporting.

• Performing Unit tests and review of the changes.

• Involved in critical issues and solving them based on the severity and priority.

Role Software Engineer

Description This is Dollar and Thrifty group’s automobile reservations maintenance and enhancement project. VMS Reservations is the backend of the application. Reservations can be made from different Global Delivery Systems, telephonic, Jam screen, Dollar and Thrifty’s own website, and also through some tour operators and all the transactions are handled by VMS servers.

Role Software Engineer

Description This is Dollar and Thrifty’s functionality change project. Initially reservation VMS was responsible for all the Rate shop and car booking. In this project Rate shop functionality was moved from Reservations VMS to Rate Engine. After this project Rate Engine became responsible for providing rates to the user before booking based on their requirements. And once the user chooses the rates as per their choice the requests for booking would come to Reservations VMS through Rate Engine.

Responsibilities • Requirement and functional analysis with the business experts.

• Involved in code changes for functionality change

• Created drivers programs for the newly added C/Pro-C programs.

• Performed the Unit testing for the VMS reservation system.
