• Test and salvage previously rejected material by conducting laboratory experiments and adjusting the recipes.

• Develop Operator Instruction Sheets for multiple molding operations.

• Develop new testing procedures that shortens the time needed for testing.

• Conduct experiments to assure upgraded material from our supplier would be compatible with our existing recipes.
