Customer Care Manager/Production Supervisor. Create and maintain a Customer Care Plan for customers within assigned book of business. Use and update various databases to document and manage customer information. Production Supervisor. Ensured all daily activities by employees (100+) were completed efficiently and with the highest quality. Monitored daily workflow for 20+ accounts ensuring all work was completed within turn-around-time. Responsible for staffing, editing/approving timecards, heavy phone and email volumes. Bi-weekly performance management was performed on employees who were not meeting their job requirements.
Administrative Assistant. Assistant to the Production Supervisor. Required very close relationships with the MTs. Daily activities included maintaining production spreadsheet, monitoring MTs production and schedules, follow ups with MTs. Made all schedule changes, entered PTO, corrections, and additions in eTIME (scheduling database). Monitored missed punches, late punch-ins, and unexcused absences. Ran numerous reports in various databases daily. Set up new MTs to work and added/removed accounts from work pools in database. Maintained numerous daily spreadsheets. Front desk receptionist for large design & manufacturing company in the commercial building industry. Handled multi-line phone system with approximately 25 incoming phone lines and over 300 extensions. Greeted all incoming visitors from all over the world, requiring the up most professionalism and excellent customer service skills. In this position I was able to work with several different departments throughout the company doing various jobs that included but were not limited to invoicing, data entry, travel arrangements, support for Estimating and Customer Service departments. Promoted to Production Control Assistant in the Scheduling department, which required heavy organizational and customer service skills.
