(7) Research - Hand on experience to work on cryosections and enzyme Immunocytochemistry technique using mouse monoclonal antibodies binding to the surface antigens of T & B Cells. Macrophages, Langerhan’s Cells, Interleukin receptors and heat shock Proteins, to evaluate the pathogenic significance of cellular infiltrate in Leprosy granuloma. The work was accepted for presentation as a poster at Ist International Symposium on pathogenesis of mycobacterial infection.
2. To study the infiltration of immunocytes in oral mucosal lesions of Sjogren Syndrome,
in the skin lesions of Histiocytosis “ X,
and Gamma/ Delta TCR bearing T cells, MHC class II and I antigen expression in fetal skin tissues of different gestational age.
3. worked on MR6 mouse monoclonal antibody binding to gp-200 molecule associated with human IL4 receptor and screened this mab on frozen sections from BCC and Squmous cell carcinoma. role played by this molecule for growth and differentiation of epithelial cells & may be use in early detection of cancer.,

1. Incidence of MRSA Cutaneous Infection in Central Nepal.
2. Clinico-mycological study of Fungal Skin disease in Chitwan Dist. Of Nepal
3 Clinico Pathological study of Skin biopsies from Leprosy Patients attending skin clinic at
