A.A. Degree Major: Construction Management Brigham Young University of Idaho 2001 – 2003
• As Project Manager for the construction of a scale model house, supervised and motivated three colleagues with team spirit to
reach completion. This project was rated by professors as the highest in quality.
• Created and designed an estimating program which was rated as the 2nd most accurate program out of 25+ programs.
• Designed and hand drafted a house floor plan which met all five rigid deadlines including all federal, state and local
codes/guidelines. Received the highest possible performance rating among 20+ participants.
• Received high verbal praise from professors for creating a slideshow for the Mechanical Systems class that monitored colleague’s
participation and progress over a period of four months. Due to its success, this project is included as part of the curriculum for
the Mechanical System class.
