Responsible for 6 OR surgery suites/PACU/Pre-op, clinical management and administration, work with Lean program, obtain Magnet status, work with Renoir group to reduce turnover times and increase percentage of cases started on time in each room. Supervise patient care staff and operations, monitor organizational policies and standards of care, involved in all administration responsibilities.
