Production Engineering Supervisor 2008-present

● Continuous improvement of safety, quality and plant operation (productivity) through

Kaizen activities and 5 S on a daily basis. Operate all film forming machinery

disassembly and cleaning of 73M and 73L dies, parts, gear pumps, extruders (barrels and screws),

polymer filters and feedblock. Overhead cranes, assembly, disassembly and silicone treatment of

embosser rolls, pre-press rolls, RZV and Annealing zone rolls. Rebuild and install of rotary
