2006 - Present Senior Mechanical Superintendent Engineer Tupras Kirikkale Refinery Project and Investment Management Kirikkale - TURKEY
• Responsible engineer for new TPP Plant project rotating equipment ( 1gas turbine & generator, 2 steam generator, 3 boiler, 1 HRSG, BFW pumps etc.),
• Installing and start-up of new demi-water pre-treatment plant,
• Purchasing, installing, commissioning and start-up of new firefighting pumps (Aurora),revamping of two solid sulphur loading system (installing diverter valve to downstream of bucket elevator and canceling the band conveyor systems)
• Air quality improvement system design and application for waste water and product movement unit control rooms.
• Energy improvement program applications (changing Eff2 motors to Eff1, installing VFD, modifications of pump base plates and foundations, replacing all dosing pumps at crude oil distillation unit, participate to OSAR group for researching and finding 4 major incident reason, revamping of VD Unit project, revamping and installing of loading area weighbridges(total 18 unit) and loading system automation
• Giving lecture to new engineer and operators
• Responsible for heaters and rotating equipment of DHP, CCR units and revamp works of unifiner and TPP plants
• Installing, adjustment, inspection, protection of equipment, preparing the start-up procedures, operating the equipment, pre-commissioning, commissioning and startup of the CCR & DHP plants, checking and handover the spare parts and special tools.

• Responsible for all refinery rotating and static equipment maintenance, planning and managing of plant shut down activities , Planned maintenance of atmospheric distillation,vacuum distillation, asphalt, heating oil, desulphurizer, unifiner, catalytic reformer, hydrocracker, hydrogen, isomerisation, LPG/amine treatment, sulphur recovery, sour water, waste water, TPP, CWTP, loading and tank area units
• Preparation of spare part set-up’s, approving and supplying the spares that will be purchased from vendors
• Organizing the PEP (Profit Enhancement Program)
• Giving technical support to investment department for DHP and CCR project rotating equipment.
• Efficiency improvement of crude oil plant air cooled heat exchangers(total 42 unit) by replacing fan groups with new ones(Hudson/USA)
• Preparing the contract document of existing turbo generators (General Turbo/Romania) for general overhaul , following maintenance activities, witnessing and verifying all clearances commissioning and startup of power generator and auxiliary systems of Kirikkale Refinery power plant
• Installation commissioning and start-up of diesel engine operated firefighting pump with Flowserve/Italy for Kirikkale Refinery.

• Responsible engineer for preparation of new DHP (Diesel hydro-desulphurization process ) & CCR (Continuous Catalytic Regenerative Reforming) project,
• Boiler burner modification & capacity extension of TTP (Thermal power plant ,21MW generator,new natural draft cooling tower and cooling pumps), new CWTP, revamp of U-1400 (Unifiner plant), rotating equipment specifications.
