As a Customer Service Representative I play an important position attending to customers’ needs, communicating with them and providing good service. Being in an office environment me also had the responsibility of glass inventory, ordering glass, being in charge of personnel and making sure that everything went according to the schedule. I worked as a team with three other people and by my third month there I received a rise because of my good work. I worked as if this was my company and am very loyal to this company.
