As an accomplished Superintendent with 20 + years in the construction industry, I have gained a broad - spectrum of experience in all phases of construction from the initial setting up of a site, through to final occupancy and turn over to the client. I have supervised field staffs numbering from five to fifty construction professionals. I am a goal oriented individual with a strong ability to identify problems and bring them to resolution. My communication skills in dealing with both staff and contractors to give clear, concise direction on the tasks at hand are outstanding. I am a high performance leader who goes above and beyond to exceed expectations. Career History:

Oversaw, managed and directed all aspects of commercial construction and development strategies including supervision of all direct hire subcontractors. I believe in creating aggressive yet realistic project schedules that will streamline work to produce the best results and then following those schedules through to the end. I also believe in the saying, “If you fail to plan, plan to fail.” Presenting the project schedules in very clear and concise terms I have had much success with subcontractor buy in. As both a journeyman carpenter and superintendent I have worked in the hospitality, aviation, residential, retirement / nursing facilities, medical, high rise office, high rise residential / hospitality sectors and have been involved in all phases of construction from site development to final turn over. Throughout these varied projects I have been able to also build tremendous relationships with inspectional departments and governmental agencies.
