DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Personnel Policies: - Recommendation and formulation of personnel policies and consistent implementation in all areas to meet the objectives of the company, considering requirements at site.

• Conduct continuing reviews of all personnel policies, programs, and practices to keep the company up-to-date on current practices and informed of new developments.

• Ensures management practices comply with current policies and applicable state and statutory regulations.
