Implementation of project cost estimating standards and procedures. Included are the costs of
labor, required equipment, materials, and any other costs and variables that may affect the project.
I worked directly with the Purchasing Agent to obtain quotes from perspective vendors/suppliers
that produced and I created time lines and progress reports for all customers on a weekly basis.
I communicated several times a week with customers about concerns they may have during the
manufacturing process. Throughout this time I gained several new contacts and valued relationships
with the suppliers. Reported to the customer any concerns’ regarding quality issues from parts they
produced. I worked with the Engineers to ensure accurate pricing using 2D blue prints and Solid Works
3D modeling.
CNC Programmer/Operator- Programming Micron CNC with Mastercam x4 programs and Solid
Works models to build progressive dies and plastic injection molds. I can run other CNC’S with fanuc
controls.
CNC EDM- Run Charmilles edm to build inserts and cores with the help of Solid Works models for the plastic injection and progressive die industry with tolerances of plus/minus .0001.
Mold Assembly- Assemble new plastic injection molds for first article inspection. Repair and reassemble damaged molds for production.
Die Repair- Fabricate, sharpen and repair components for stamping die industry.
