Attained forecasted ROI results in nine months. MasterCard Worldwide senior management was examining the PayPass program and contemplating a new direction. Created a new metric, detailing forecasted ROI, working with marketing to alter consumer perception, making PayPass the “top of wallet” credit card choice. Strengthened the program, earning forecasted growth within nine short months.

Identified revenue draining market segment. Conducted in-depth analysis , determining that a large revenue loss was produced by the automatic shipment program at Columbia House. Identified five percent of consumer base that represented 95% of product returns. Created tiers of interaction for strained segment, increasing company savings by tens of millions of dollars.

Produced large revenue increases within short timeframe. MasterCard Advisors enhanced and expanded consulting services for new and existing customers. Defined components to statistically back-up the use of advisory services. Delivered several successes early-on, pushing- up the chain of command to gain access to the data needed to complete pending projects. Brought in new big bank clients and doubled program revenues in one year.

Secured client buy-on on new program. Banking clients of MasterCard needed to be convinced of the new product being rolled-out worldwide. Executed in-depth research on the benefits of the new product, working closely with sales to quantify the ROI and feature/benefits. Secured majority of clients pitched, requiring significant investment by each.
