ACHIEVEMENT (projects)

1. Three Dimensional Designing and Molding of Radar Parts

Design the mechanical structure of a radar system. Including:

a): structure modification: Stress analyzing and sound effect controlling;

b): modeling: modeling the 3-D/2-D technical drawing in ProE

2. Implementation of Customized Design System For Commonly Used Parts with CATIA (Programming using VC++)

A system for 3-D modeling and strength analysis of commonly used parts is implemented under the VC++ environment. Based on CAA RADE platform architecture of the system is built. And the process of building three dimensional model with CATIA API has been programmed within this system.

3. Implementation of Customized Design System for Commonly Used Parts with U.G OPEN API (Programming in VC++)

Including design of Gears bearings and belts …etc. Modeling and strength analysis process have been done on a software platform programmed by VC and UG OPEN API

4. Design works of a SCARA(Selective Compliant Articulated Robot Arm) Industrial robot

This SCARA robot is an industry robot. It has four degrees of freedom. Among them, three are revolving degrees of freedom and one is move degree of freedom. It can do flat surface move with an attribute of flexibility. The design work includes mechanical system design, control system design and programming a software for the whole system.

5. Regression of HP(Hydropress) machine’s Main Parameters and Its Application In Remodeling(SolidWorks)

6. The effect of the glass transition temperature on the toughness of photopolymerizable (Meth) acrylate networks in PBS solution.(2008-2010)

7 Non-linear finite method for hyperelastic material using Newton-Raphson method(2011-2012)

Using Matlab and ABAQUS to program a code that calculate the displacement and stress of a hyperelastic material(Mooney-Rivlin Model) .

Paper

1.Implementation of Customized Design System for Commonly Used parts in UG……MACHINE TOOL & HYDRAULICS Magazine.( published in Dec, 2007 )

2.Regression of HP machine’s Main Parameters and Its Application In Remodeling(To be Published)
