• A multifaceted staffing authority offering over 12 years of hands-on experience ranging from “heads-down” recruiting to managing complete staffing teams and rejuvenating entire staffing programs and processes with small entrepreneurships up to the Fortune 500 firms.

WHAT- is being offered?
• Staffing Process Analyst – Process optimization by utilizing current tools effectively, eliminating waste by utilizing current “web 2.0” utilities and programs while improving communication portals and driving expectations of all parties.
• Talent Acquisition – Lead corporate staffing departments locally or via remote settings directly or within matrixed divisions.
• Corporate Recruiting – Fortune 500 style – heavy requisition loads with short time-to-hire ratios. Contract via 1099 or W-2 with a three month minimums for small to mid-size companies.
• Sourcing – (Aka, candidate development, headhunting, talent research, etc.) Ability to complete directly or train current staff members on competitive intelligence, list generation, and proactive pipeline generation methodologies.
• Human Resources (HR) – Recruiting, compensation, immigration, on-boarding, orientation process and other HR generalist processes
• Turn-key Recruiting – Any specific staffing process from HR policies to college recruiting and vendor management
WHEN – are the resources for hire?
My current contract assignment will completed by the end of June 2009. However, as I’m currently in an extension phase with the ability to move on as needed with a brief notice period depending on the scope of the project.
WHERE – follow the work?
• On-site or remote – complete with up-to-date high-tech home-office
• Locations – currently residing in Raleigh, NC but capable of travel as needed, extended stays in out of state locations across the country and limited international locations as requested
