Director PeopleSoft Financials Practice
Integrating the ERP practice acquired from JGI with existing healthcare practice. Work with sales team (focused on HCM product suite) to expand to FIN/SCM markets. Recruit (full time and contract resources) to staff projects. Perform project management and functional team lead roles on all projects.
Accomplishments:
• Work with sales team to identify requirements, define solution/scope and create LOE for business development opportunities.
• Integrate with Symphony data center to integrate Symphony’s “Accelerate” methodology which leverages lab upgrade and hosting services.
• Sold and managed all FIN/SCM accounts. Including 2 GL/AP/AM “Accelerate” implementations which went live in 4 months at minimal cost (less than $300k) and a FIN/SCM 7.5 to 9.1 upgrade of the GL/AP/AM/AR/BI/PO/OM/IN modules.
• Leveraged project success on Accelerate FIN implementation to move customer from Oracle On Demand hosting to Symphony’s data center.
• Developed issue tracking/production support infrastructure using Bugzilla software and sold a multi-year (5 year) production support customer as well as six ad-hoc support agreements to former customers.
