Managing Associate

Establish a range of conceptual models for all in-scope corporate functions ranging from a limited shared services model to a full shared services model. Prepare criteria for selecting the most appropriate operating model for the utility; enforce the criteria in assessing each conceptual model, capturing strengths and weaknesses of each, as well as determining the potentials for Executive Steering Committee’s consideration.
