Managing Associate

Manage the design of proposed future state service delivery models for all corporate shared services functions at an investor-owned, integrated electric utility, which entails coordinating the formation of an Executive Steering Committee to supervise the project team and clear designation of decision rights for model selection. Establish a range of conceptual models for all in-scope corporate functions ranging from a limited shared services model to a full shared services model. Prepare criteria for selecting the most appropriate operating model for the utility; enforce the criteria in assessing each conceptual model, capturing strengths and weaknesses of each, as well as determining the potentials for Executive Steering Committee’s consideration. Conduct training to the Implementation teams, explaining the conceptual model and direction on tools and templates.
