• Sr. Engg. In hyderabad industries limited (c.k.birla group )from 2010 in maintenance department to till date.

My role

• Planning and executing all possible types of maintenance in plant to ensure smooth flow of production.

• Maintaining utilities like - D.G , AIR COMPRASSOR , COOLING TOWER ,etc.

• Maintaining equipments pumps , blowers , hydraulics , pneumatics systems .

• Assure equipment reliability to maximize production line productivity by daily condition monitoring of each equipment.

• To assist maintenance manager in preparing job list for plant maintenance.

• To ensure the availability of spare equipments.

• Keeping track of daily inventory consumption.

• Keeping track of daily breakdowns in plant.

• To create reservation and purchase requisition of daily consumed items using sap .

• B.tech. (mechanical engineering) from bansal institute of science & technology,bhopal . Batch - 2010.

• Aggregate percentage is 75.4%

• 10+2 in the year 2006, from s.h.s school shobhapur dist . -betul , /m.p board with 79 % .

• 10th board in the year 2004, from s.h.s school shobhapur dist . -betul /m.p , board with 78 % .
