In our industry, I believe that it is a high priority to ensure cleanliness and safety for the contentment of our guests, while providing a positive working environment for our associates and managers. Motivated and appreciated associates and managers are more likely to work together as a team, to satisfy and better provide quality service to our guests. Guest satisfaction is a # 1 priority. I feel that I am a firm, yet just an impartial manager. I work nights, days, weekends and holidays with no problems.
