Director, Operations Business Teams, Cultured and other cheese products, Glenview IL (1992 – 2000)
Primary Operations representative to the VP or Director of the related Business Category. Owned all Operational P&L product costs and associated variances. Developed and executed the Cultured plant consolidation strategy and delivered 3-5% COGS in cost reduction annually. Worked across 7 plants to meet or exceed individual plant or divisional KPI’s in Safety, Quality, Cost, Service and new product commercialization.
