• Responsible for designing and revising engineering drawings associated with custom engineered systems for various water purification products or water/wastewater distribution system maps.
• Work closely with engineering through discussions, written instruction, or preliminary drawings to develop design concepts and prepare drawings.
• Use CAD systems to prepare and revise drawing layouts, equipment arrangements, assemblies, subassemblies, and any required details of associated equipment.

Process supervision of numerous concurrent projects (B, EP and EPC type) for ExxonMobil Refineries in the US -Joliet, Beaumont, Billings, etc.- in the area of Catalytic NOx Reduction, FCC Boiler performance upgrade, Sour Water Treatment, Flare Gas Control, Noise Control, CFD analysis, Sootblowers etc.
Chevron / Cabinda Gulf Oil Company, South N'Dola (SND) Project, West Africa
Front end engineering and design of a 20 slot well head platform (SND) designed for a peak production rate of 36,000 BOPD and 70 MMSCFD of associated gas. The platform facilities included separation and compression, gas turbine, flare system, diesel system, chemical injection and other supporting utilities.
Chevron / Cabinda Gulf Oil Company, Sanha Auxiliary (SAUX) Project, Cabinda
The SAUX facilities included mole sieve dehydrators and regeneration facilities, H2S removal vessel, reinjection compressors & associated gas turbines, filter separator & coalesce and other supporting facilities. Prior to FEED, a study was also undertaken to determine the adequacy of separation compressor and IP Separators for increased capacity. The study involved simulation of the compressor model per original designed compressor curves and per existing DCS records for current operation. The study also evaluated the options of providing waste gas recovery unit against providing a standalone fired heater for regeneration.
ConocoPhillips, Trainer Refinery Aromatics Extraction Unit, Trainer, PA
FEL I / FEL II / FEL III activities for the Aromatic Extraction Plant of the COP refinery at Trainer. This included both ISBL and OSBL activities for the above project.
Freeport LNG Development LP, LNG Receiving / Regasification Terminal, Quintana Island, TX
EPC phase for 1.5 Bcfd Receiving and Regasification Terminal Project. Project includes marine terminal dock, two double-walled, full-containment LNG storage tanks, two unloading lines, high-pressure booster pumps, high pressure LNG vaporizers, and send-out line. Responsibilities include assisting lead flowsheet designer on updating P&IDs.
VRSH Demonstration Unit, Chevron Energy and Technology Company, Pascagoula, MS.
Major refinery experimental plant located in the U.S. Gulf Coast. The scope included FEL 2 and FEL 3 for Demonstration Unit for Chevron’s Slurry Hydrocracking Process including five new refinery units, with substantial infrastructure and process plant modifications within the existing refinery.

Ensure that all safety requirements were being followed throughout the duration of the project. Supervised crews up to 70 workers at one point and also assisted the General Foreman in managing and devising methods to maintain a safe work environment. Over a thousand man hours worked with out a recordable accident and also assisted in gaining an OSHA VPP site.
