MAJOR ACCOMPLISHMENTS
Developed a new menu and eating plan for the school lunch menu for the Perry Hall Christian School system. Previously, the menu consisted of foods containing high fat, sugar, and caloric content. I worked with the school board to completely replace the prior menu with healthier food choices.
