Experience:
I have experience in a wide range of administrative and office management duties. This experience includes project administration, computer data management, accounting, data processing, typing and filing. I am knowledgeable and experienced in report formatting and preparation. I personally maintained the San Antonio Regional Office Filing System for Geo-Marine, Inc. and detailed project plans for accountability. I am familiar with government contracts as well as state and city contracts. I aided in the efficient production of the plans and reports keeping them on time and on budget. I am skilled in office accounting procedures, and accurately maintained checking and petty cash accounts in the office to include A/P and A/R. I produced, processed and tracked purchase requisition orders in an Excel spreadsheet and ensured the proper receipt of supplies to maintain both office and project fieldwork needs. I inventoried all company property in the San Antonio Regional Office and offsite storage unit and maintained an electronic database for accurate tracking of use and accountability.
