Managed Volunteer Ambassador Program (2001-2004), providing assistance to the traveling public and doubling volunteer recruits.
Community Relations Liaison – Facilitated public relations initiatives with community partners, including Chicago Public Schools and City Colleges, government agencies that included the Federal Aviation Administration and NASA, non-profits, and the private sector. Film-Shoot Supervision – Increased commercial film projects at Chicago’s airports by over 100% in two years by improving amenities. Coordinated and managed logistics for film, television, documentary, and photo shoots in conjunction with the Chicago and Illinois Film Offices, and served as direct report for producers, directors, location managers, production crews, airlines, and Homeland Security.
