Additional responsibilities include: review and summarization of due diligence documents, including background searches, title history and property-related studies (i.e., environmental and appraisal reports); review and mark-up of loan documents in connection with multi-family loans; shepard documents through the closing process; post-closing follow-up and management of all loan tracking databases and document exception reports.
