Logistics Manager
Recruited to develop and install a Supply Chain Management System that provides for Lowest Landed Price by enveloping the entire Purchase Order Management Systems that provides the status of all purchases from order placement to delivery to the final destination for all shipments ordered.
• Developed a system of work for the supply management group that provided for a detailed management process of the purchase order at every critical phase from purchase order release to receipt of the materials on a global basis.
• Manage entire logistics function for the shipment of over 2500 container loads of materials from multiple global suppliers to international project job sites.
