Built all pre-production chassis for Fedex on schedule. Initiated full QS level documentation of all process documents to support the high level of safety and training required to handle 288 volts of DC electricity in an assembly environment. Implemented and maintained programs developed to support 6 sigma initiatives within Utilimaster utilizing the DMAIC process. Supervised all manufacturing and operations for Creation Windows Plants 1 and 3 and Warehouse, including a staff of 300 non-union hourly and management personnel producing $42 million in automotive window systems annually. Managed corporate purchasing for 4 plants and experience in J. D. Edwards enterprise software.
• Integrated scheduling, order entry, and shipping between two plants, saving $100,000.
• Led team in MRP and Forecasting implementation in J. D. Edwards Materials Requirement Planning and Forecasting Modules used established Project Management principles.
