• Designed and developed the new hire training curriculum for the Education Financial Collections line of business. This large blended learning curriculum spanned a broad range of skills and competencies. Incorporated accelerated learning techniques and technical innovations to increase speed to market and minimize curriculum maintenance costs.
WACHOVIA BANK 2008 – 2009
Instructional Designer
• Designed and developed the Mortgage Consultant Academy for new hire mortgage consultants. The academy used a blended learning approach covering a broad range of skills and competencies.
• Developed numerous instructor-led courses in support of Wachovia’s refinance incentive programs and Wells Fargo Home Equity merger training.
